Are you an efficient and quality-conscious forklift driver with experience as a Team Leader? Then we have an exciting assignment for you who want to develop!

The position means that you will work as a mobile consultant with us at Tranpenad. Your main workplace will be in Landskrona, where you will work as a team leader in the evening. The work will be performed in a cold storage facility, with a working temperature of +2-4ºC. As a team leader, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and training teams to ensure efficiency and that the staff meets the expected goals with high quality. The work also involves forklift driving, picking, packing, and quality control of food products.

• Order and product picking.
• Lead daily production.
• Ensure that deliveries are made on time and with the correct quantity.
• Motivate and coach team members.

You have an eye for detail and see how we can streamline work to achieve set goals, while ensuring a positive work environment in the department. Working at a fast pace is a given for you, and handling multiple tasks is something you are used to. Having a strong safety mindset is also a given for you.

• Experience with reach trucks, as well as forklift licenses A1-A4 B1-B4
• Computer literate and some familiarity with systems.
• Experience in leading a team of 10-15 people.
