We are now looking for a Team Leader for our client in the laundry warehouse in the Märsta area.

You will be employed by Arena Personal and hired out to a client. For the right person, there are good development opportunities.

We would like you to have leadership qualities. Your primary tasks include being productive to work with follow-up, coaching of staff, ensuring productivity and quality towards the customer on a daily basis so that daily goals are planned and achieved.

You are physically fit and can handle a heavy and monotonous job. The work at the client may have varying working hours, which requires you to be flexible and comfortable working weekends if needed.

Your primary tasks:

- You ensure that all employees are on time and have the right equipment

- You work on improvements and goals together with your group

- You introduce and train new staff

Requirements and qualities

Requirements

• Experience from the warehouse and logistics industry with e-commerce
• Good Swedish and English in speech and writing

Meritorious

• Experience from data-driven warehouse operations
• Driver's license B and access to your own car
• Forklift license

Working hours: Monday-Friday 05:55-14:55 - Training for 3 months

Salary: According to collective agreement + responsibility allowance
