At Aleo, we are now looking for a Team Leader for cleaning for our office in Täby and our operations in the northern suburbs. This is a role for you who want to lead and inspire others – and at the same time are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be part of the daily work with our customers. You will be part of a close-knit team consisting of service staff, other Team Leaders, and office staff. The collaboration is close, the atmosphere is open, and we help each other to succeed together.

As a Team Leader, you have a central function. You are a link between management, employees, and customers – and a role model in everyday life. In this role, you combine operational work (50%) with leadership and administrative tasks (50%).

• You work regularly as a service staff member (cleaning) with our customers. This gives you a good understanding of the team's daily life and allows you to support where it is needed most.
• You become a safe and present face for both customers and colleagues.

• You introduce, train, and coach new and existing employees.
• You are responsible for staffing, planning, and scheduling of assignments.
• You follow up on quality and customer satisfaction, ensuring that routines are followed.
• You handle ongoing administration and some tasks directly from the office in Täby.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow in a company where people, service, and quality are at the center. You enjoy taking responsibility, have a coaching approach, and like to work both independently and in a team. We would like you to meet the following requirements:

• Experience in cleaning/service work
• Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Ability to train, coach, and inspire others
• Good administrative skills
• B driver's license – you will be traveling between different customers in the northern suburbs
• A structured, solution-focused, and unpretentious working style

Extent: 100% Work distribution: 50% operational (cleaning) and 50% administration/leadership Working hours: Weekdays during the day, some weekend work may occur. Workplace: Your workplace is in the municipalities where we operate in the northern suburbs, but you will be based at our office in central Täby. Employment form: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period Start: By agreement – interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that provides home care in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.
