Are you practical, have a C driver's license, and enjoy a free, varied, and physical job? We are now looking for a Test Rig Operator for a long-term assignment with a company specialized in ground reinforcement.

As a Test Rig Operator, you will conduct soil tests using specialized equipment. The work is performed outdoors and involves a lot of responsibility, travel, and collaboration with operators on site. You will be responsible for the equipment and report results after tests are completed.

The assignment suits you if you want an independent role where you can combine driving with practical fieldwork. You will work Monday to Thursday (often 12-hour days) and have Fridays off.

The position is a long-term employment with the goal of transitioning to a permanent position with the client company.

Internal training is provided – attitude and willingness to work are highly valued.

• Drive your own truck with equipment to work sites
• Conduct tests of lime column probing (FKPS) and sometimes FOPS
• Maintain and service testing equipment
• Collaborate with excavator operators on site
• Document and report test results

Requirements:

• C driver's license
• Good physical health – the work is physically demanding
• Practical experience from construction, civil engineering, or similar
• Swedish in spoken and written form, as well as basic English
• Responsible, meticulous, and technically curious

Meritorious:

• Excavator license
• Experience with drilling rigs or similar machinery
• General mechanical understanding
• Previous experience running a transport company or having a practical role in the construction industry
• Internal training is provided – attitude and willingness to work are highly valued.

The workshop is located in Bålsta, but the work sites are primarily in Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen. Overnight stays occur for longer distances (on average about two nights per week). Travel time is paid, and there is an option to take the truck home and start from home on certain days depending on your residence.
