As a machine operator in a department called Digitalen, you will become a key person in our production. You will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art machines that cut our products with millimeter precision, ensuring that every sticker leaving our production meets the highest possible quality standards.

• Troubleshooting and problem-solving: If the machines encounter issues, you step in to troubleshoot, resolve, and ensure that production can quickly resume.
• Quality control: You have a keen eye for detail and ensure that the final product meets our high-quality standards.
• Post-processing: You will work with cutting and packaging stickers, an important step to ensure our customers receive the perfect final product.
• Machine maintenance: You are responsible for ongoing maintenance and supervision of the machines to ensure they are always in top condition.
• Collaboration across departments: You work closely with other teams to ensure our processes run smoothly. Here we work together and support each other when needed!
• Physical handling: Some handling of heavier lifts is required, so it is important that you are comfortable with an active job.

• Has experience in similar production work or a strong interest in technology and machines
• Has machine experience 
• A sense of quality and an eye for detail
• Good communication skills and enjoys a social work environment
• A willingness to learn new things and develop in your role
• Physical capacity to handle heavier tasks when needed
