We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator for a pharmaceutical operation in Lidingö (Gåshaga)

Your responsibilities and profile We are now seeking personnel for the role of Logistics Coordinator in Pharmacy with our client in Gåshaga, Lidingö. You will work closely with pharmacists and contribute to an efficient and smooth workflow by handling practical and preparatory tasks in the medication process.

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and responsible. You enjoy practical tasks, have an easy time collaborating, and like to support others in their work.

Responsibilities You will be responsible for several aspects of the logistical flow as support to the pharmacists. Your main tasks include:

• Checking that the correct item number has been picked
• Handling medications in narcotic bags (picking out, labeling, returning)
• Retrieving medications from delivery cases
• Scanning picking lists
• Moving carts and carrying baskets
• Restocking consumables
• Emptying trash bins and handling confidential waste 
• Retrieving and returning incorrectly picked medications

Requirements

• You must be able to work daytime hours, 07:00-15:45. • You should have a good understanding of Swedish in both spoken and written form • You need to be able to follow instructions carefully and take responsibility for quality • You should enjoy practical and monotonous tasks

Desirable

Experience in logistics, warehouse work, or medication handling is desirable but not required
