About the role

As a Transport Manager, you will play a key role in planning, leading, and coordinating distribution. You are an important link between the warehouse, customer, and carrier, and work closely with other colleagues in a company characterized by collaboration and commitment. In your role, you will be responsible for planning and optimizing transport in the region, focusing on structure, delivery precision, and service.

You will among other things:

• Plan and coordinate the distribution of goods, pickups, and deliveries
• Follow up and inform about delivery status to customers
• Work with customer service, order registration, and handling deviations
• Handle invoicing issues related to freight and ensure correct freight billing
• Be a backup for colleagues in the team when needed
• Actively contribute to improvement work and development of internal routines

Your background

To succeed in the role of Transport Manager, we see that you have a high school education in logistics, transport, or another relevant field. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience in the area.

You have previously worked with warehousing, logistics, or transport planning and have a good understanding of how goods and transport flows work in practice. You are used to working with digital tools and have good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, which you use to analyze, structure, and communicate data.

Furthermore, you are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing, and have good knowledge of English.

The position is located in Rosersberg and involves on-site work. Expected start is in September or by agreement. The employment is a permanent position that begins with a probationary period, and a B driver's license is required for the role.
