We are looking for an experienced assembler and machine operator for a production facility in Åstorp to start immediately. We are looking for someone who wants to handle materials, technology, machine settings, and maintenance in and around the equipment. The work takes place in direct proximity to the company's machines and requires technical understanding as well as interest and the ability to make simple machine settings and maintenance of machines. The work may also include warehouse tasks such as packing, picking, labeling, and order management.

Position/Duration: Ongoing/Full-time

Working hours: Daytime

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in mechanical work within bending, pressing, and stamping of sheet metal
• Technically interested
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Strong self-drive and willingness to perform the work well
• Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• Driving license B
• Forklift license is an advantage

It is desirable that you have a driving license and a car to commute to and from work. It is an advantage if you also have a forklift license, but it is not a requirement. The position requires good physical condition and the ability to handle a work environment where you stand for large parts of the day.

The work may be scheduled for continuous afternoon or day shifts.
