About Us

Nordisk Hemservice is a family-owned company that has been around since 2002. Today, we have about 150 employees working in Danderyd, Östermalm, and Södermalm.

Nordisk Hemservice has agreements with the City of Stockholm. In our work, we follow established routines and guidelines along with continuous quality controls.

Good quality in care is important to us Our goal is for all our customers to feel satisfied and secure with our care. By collaborating with healthcare professionals, district nurses, and Advanced Home Care (ASiH), we can develop and tailor care and support to individual needs.

We are now looking for a cleaner who wants to work as a summer substitute with us in Danderyd near Mörby Centrum until August 8th.

Qualifications

• Experience in the service industry
• Good knowledge of Swedish (both spoken and written)
• Experience in caregiving
• Care and nursing education
• Good physical condition as the job involves a lot of walking and heavy lifting

Meritorious

- Protected professional title

- Experience in home care services

- B driver's license

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. We prefer that you have a good attitude and want to take responsibility. You should also have the ability to plan and organize, and be positive, cheerful, and helpful.

Job Responsibilities

Working in home care means that you work independently with great responsibility. At the same time, you are part of our team and have daily contact with our customers and their relatives. Your tasks include planning and performing caregiving work in customers' homes such as:

- Personal care (help with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing).

- Service (cooking, grocery shopping, cleaning, and laundry).

- Accompaniment (accompanying the customer to activities outside the home).

After each visit, you will do careful documentation and time registration in a mobile application, and you will travel between customers on foot, by bike, or by car.

Visits to customers occur from 07:00 to 22:00, every day of the year. We prefer that you are flexible and can work both day and evening shifts as well as weekends.
