Job responsibilities

As a freight forwarder in the Europe team, you will work to ensure that customers' transports are delivered on time and with high quality. You have overall responsibility for the entire flow – from order placement to invoicing – and ensure that each delivery meets internal requirements for quality, lead time, and cost-effectiveness. The position involves daily contact with both internal colleagues, external suppliers, and customers, with a particular focus on the Finnish market. You are expected to create secure and professional relationships by providing ongoing information and quickly handling any deviations. The role also includes advising, finding solutions to ad-hoc requests, following up on finances, and managing deviations – always with customer satisfaction and service in focus.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• At least one year of experience in a similar role as a freight forwarder  • Good computer skills • Very good knowledge of Finnish, Swedish, and English

Additionally, you have a positive attitude towards your work, you find it easy to collaborate with others, and you work proactively to achieve the team's goals.
