Responsibilities

As a bartender with us at O'Learys Västerås, your main responsibilities will be to serve our guests at the bar. You will be responsible for creating and serving drinks to our guests based on their wishes and providing them with a wonderful experience through friendly service and 100% commitment. Here, you will work as part of a team and collaborate with both serving staff and other bartender colleagues, together ensuring a pleasant and fun environment.

We are looking for someone who

Is flexible in their work and has a good ability to handle stress and can adapt to changing situations without difficulty. You are detail-oriented and believe that the details are important for achieving high quality. You are attentive and aware of what is happening around you. As a bartender with us, you are part of a cheerful and wonderful team, so we see that you are a team player who can contribute to creating a strong team and a good atmosphere. We would prefer that you have previous experience as a bartender, but it is not a requirement. You must be at least 18 years old to apply for the position.
