We at SH Food AB are looking for a kitchen assistant!

SH Food is a company that produces and distributes food products such as sauces, marinades, marinated meat/chicken, and similar items. Our goal is to deliver high-quality food and provide excellent service to our customers.

Job Responsibilities

As part of our team in the central kitchen, you will:

• Prepare and cook hot and cold food according to recipes
• Handle raw materials, follow food hygiene and self-control programs
• Participate in dishwashing, cleaning, and maintenance of equipment and production facilities
• Receive and check goods deliveries
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an efficient and safe work process

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food hygiene and self-control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
• Preferred: Experience in a central kitchen or other large-scale kitchen operations.
