We are currently looking for a pedagogical babysitter for a family in Täby, Stockholm.

About us

NPF Barnvakten offers babysitting services to families with children with NPF.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric functional impairment, and the most common impairments are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's syndrome, and language disorders. Our goal is to help as many as possible with special needs, and therefore you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. At NPF Barnvakten, you will have a developing, joyful, and incredibly rewarding part-time job.

The assignment:

Number of children and age: Two children, 3 & 5 years old.

Days and times: 1 afternoon a week and occasionally on weekends

Desired start date: Immediately

Babysitting takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.

Location: Täby, Stockholm.

We are looking for someone who:

Has some form of experience with children, preferably children with Cerebral Palsy (CP)

Has experience in clarifying pedagogy & low-affective approach

Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children

Wants a developing and rewarding part-time job

Is pedagogical, secure, and calm

Can work flexibly both evenings and weekends

Job tasks:

Common tasks may include:

Picking up from preschool/school

Finding activities inside and outside the home

Providing support during outings

Preparing simple meals

Bedtime routines

Activation, socialization, and relief
