The Stockholm Cemetery Administration is the principal authority for burial services in Stockholm. The administration conducts burial and service operations with high ethical standards and is responsible for 12 cemeteries, 13 chapels, and 2 crematoria with significant cultural historical value.

We offer an exciting assignment in a unique environment. Ten of the administration's cemeteries are subject to cultural heritage legislation, including the World Heritage Site Skogskyrkogården.

In your role, you will belong to the Burial and Service Department and work closely with the administration's two property engineers and the operations on-site. Your role

As a property technician, you will perform operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the cemetery administration's property portfolio consisting of about 40 buildings across 12 properties. The work is carried out in a sensitive environment where high demands are placed on the operation of complex installations such as chapels, crematoria, cold storage, and staff buildings. Since a large part of the tasks will be performed in culturally significant buildings, there are high demands for sensitivity in the work performed. The role includes many points of contact, including with contractors and operations on-site.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• rounds
• handling of fault reports
• troubleshooting
• corrective work
• coordination of contractors

Your skills and experience

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient and confident in their property technical skills. You are passionate about good service and thrive in a varied daily routine.

We are looking for someone who has:

• an education focused on property technology or equivalent skills acquired through several years of experience in a similar role as a property technician
• several years of relevant experience in a similar role as a property technician, including work with cooling and heating systems as well as plumbing work
• a B driver's license
• good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

It is advantageous if you have:

• basic electrical knowledge (electrical qualification B)
• experience working with buildings in cultural environments.
