About Us

Since our establishment in 2014, we at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, a central part of the leading media group Bonnier News AB, have undergone significant expansion that highlights our importance in the industry. We have grown from having an office with five employees to now having nearly 100 salespeople distributed across our offices in Västerås, Norrköping, Örebro, and Eskilstuna. Our vision is to become the leading sales organization within the entire Bonnier group, and with a total sales target of 143 million by 2023, nothing can stop us!

As a corporate salesperson at Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you have the opportunity to influence your own income through an unlimited commission model and a guaranteed monthly salary. You will receive training in modern sales techniques from our experienced sales coaches and sales managers with over 10 years of industry experience. About the Role

As a salesperson at Bonnier, you work Monday to Thursday, 8:00-17:00, and Fridays 8:00-15:45. You start the workweek with your colleagues at our new office in central Örebro. The day begins with a collective briefing where we review the weekly and daily goals. You will then daily communicate with business owners and individuals across Sweden via phone, offering them subscriptions to Dagens Industri, Dagens Nyheter, and 40 of Sweden's largest local newspapers such as Närkes Allehanda, Helsingborgs Dagblad, and Sydsvenskan. The workday is interspersed with sales, coaching meetings, self-studies on the product you are selling, and fun activities and sales competitions. Who You Are

You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where high tempo, positive energy, and strong teamwork go hand in hand with good sales results. You are a communicative and convincing telephone salesperson with the ability to express yourself clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing. Through active listening and understanding of the customer's needs, you can tailor solutions that truly add value.

Qualifications:

Good ability to communicate and interact with customers via phone and email/writing.
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Previous experience in outbound sales is advantageous.
Experience in sales within the media industry is advantageous.

Additional Information

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. The salary is based on a guaranteed salary and commission.

You will belong to Bonnier News Inhouse Sales and report to the sales manager. We are located at Nikolaigatan 3, in central Örebro. At Bonnier News Inhouse Sales, you have access to benefits such as a generous wellness grant of 3000 SEK, discounts, and additional compensation during parental leave.
