Hallgruppen is looking for a meticulous and responsible warehouse administrator to support our organization through order management, inventory control, ordering, and reporting in our business system BC. The position involves close collaboration with several departments, including finance, project management, sales, and other warehouse staff.
As a warehouse administrator, your main responsibilities will include:
- Order management and inventory control
- Purchasing and ordering
- Transport bookings and planning
- Reporting and summaries
- Daily warehouse administration
Implementation of our new business system
As part of our team, you will have a key role in the initial implementation of the BC (Business Central) business system. You will help lay the foundation for efficient warehouse management and smooth workflows. By contributing to the system's customization and training the staff, you will help create order and structure that strengthens our business and future growth. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of something new and shape the future work processes with us.
Who are you?
- Have experience in warehouse management and administrative work, preferably with experience in business systems like BC.
- Are meticulous, structured, and able to work independently.
- Have good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with other departments.
- Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Are flexible and have a solution-oriented approach to work.
