About the PositionOn behalf of our client, we are looking for a self-reliant CNC turner who is ready to take on a technically challenging and diverse role. The client operates in the industry and offers a stimulating environment where precision and problem-solving are key.

In this role, you will work with piece production, which means you will handle everything from individual details to small series. Finished programs are missing, so it is important that you can create and adapt programs based on drawings. The work often involves multiple setups and programming changes per day.

You will be responsible for two CNC machines:

• Machine 1 - Gildemeister NEF 600 2011: ISO programming with the possibility to prepare programs in Vericut.
• Machine 2 - Hyundai-kia skt200: Programming is done from scratch, directly in the machine. Or Vericut

To succeed in the role, you need to be self-reliant, technically skilled, and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt programs in Vericut, Heidenhain, and Fanuc.
• Set up and switch CNC machines based on drawings.
• Ensure quality and precision in manufacturing.
• Work on continuous improvement of processes.

As the work involves many setups and problem-solving, it is important that you are flexible and comfortable working at a variable pace.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a CNC turner.
• Knowledge of Vericut, Heidenhain, and Fanuc.
• Ability to create programs based on drawings.
• Driver's license (B) and access to a car.

Preferred

• Crane license and forklift license.

We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
