We are looking for someone with experience and expertise in drilling/cutting and who also wants to be part of driving the development of our business. For the right person with determination and drive, there are very good opportunities to grow and develop together with us.

Furthermore, we expect you to have a responsible attitude towards clients and colleagues. A well-functioning business is best run by team players who prioritize the team over the individual. We also want you to be self-reliant and willing to make decisions that you can stand by. It is also important that you can communicate in Swedish and/or English.

You should also be able to work across the entire Norr- and Västerbotten regions as our projects currently extend to both counties. Naturally, this involves overnight stays during certain projects. You should also be able to be a resource in demolition projects.

3XL carries out demolition work, remediation, and drilling/cutting in construction projects, renovations, but also in total demolitions where all or parts need to be removed. We have the experience, the personnel, and the machinery to carry out the jobs correctly, safely, and cost-effectively. We are members of the Construction Companies and follow the Construction Agreement.
