What happens when you have applied for the position?

In this process, we work with ongoing selection and recruitment, which means that the position may be filled before the final application date. When you have shown interest in the position, we match your application with the position and contact you via email or phone for feedback. If you are suitable for the position, we will meet for an interview, and during the process, we also conduct reference checks.

About your future workplace:

As a setter, your main tasks are rigging and operating tools in injection molding machines for the production of plastic parts. The production is largely automated, which means that you will work with computerized machines and robots. We see that you are responsible for commissioning new articles, with regard to machine and robot programming. You will work together with other setters but will need to take responsibility and make your own decisions. The work is very varied, as plastic injection molding largely consists of troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

We prefer that you have experience in at least two of the following areas:

● Plastic industry
● Robots
● Injection molding machines
● Molding presses
● Molding tools
● Technical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting

We are looking for individuals who are self-reliant and can take initiative when needed. You can handle working under time pressure and have a desire to develop and excel in what you do. It is important that you enjoy working in a team and being a team player. To be successful in the role, we expect you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You should also have a strong technical problem-solving ability.
