Your Job
We offer you good conditions to succeed in your role, with support from HR consultants, economists, and other specialists. You will be part of one of the sector's management teams that continuously receive competence development for sustainable and quality-assured leadership. As a new manager, you will receive both a municipality-wide and activity-specific introduction based on previous experiences.
Common Tasks
- Lead, plan, organize, and develop operations based on set goals
- Responsible for operations, finances, personnel, and work environment issues
- Part of the management team where you have an overall perspective for the entire operation
- Collaborate with other authorities, organizations, and partners
Your Skills
- University education or equivalent experience acquired from professional life that the employer considers relevant
- Previous experience as a manager with personnel responsibility
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
Merits
- You have several years of experience in leadership, development, and change management
- You have experience from municipal or public operations and understand what it is like to work in a politically governed organization
- You have the ability to build trust both externally and internally and enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences
- You have a communicative ability and can explain, clarify, simplify, and anchor messages and complex contexts in a trustworthy manner at different levels depending on who you meet
- You have a keen interest in development work with digitalization as a tool
- You have a driver's license
- Previous experience working in operations for children and young people with disabilities
