About the role

• The role of Occupational Pension Advisor has a strong sales focus, and your task is to help primarily small and medium-sized companies with up to ~25 employees choose the right occupational pension solutions and pension transfers
• There are warm and existing customers with whom you will be able to collaborate with Investment Advisors to create and grow your existing customer base
• You will be assisted by an Event Manager to create customer events and also to generate prospective new customer lists
• Geographically, you can work with customers all over Sweden. Although Teams is a good tool for digital meetings, it is preferred that you conduct your meetings in person

Who are you?

• We are looking for someone who has a few years of experience in a role where you have dealt with occupational pensions and wants to work in a role focused on occupational pension advisory
• You want to be part of a new initiative from the beginning and influence how the business grows
• Insuresec-license and/or Swedsec advisory license are highly advantageous
