We are currently looking for a pedagogical babysitter for a family in Vasastan, Stockholm.

About us

NPF Barnvakten offers childcare services to families with children within NPF.

NPF stands for neuropsychiatric disabilities and the most common disabilities are: ADHD, Autism, ADD, AST, Tourette's syndrome, and Language impairment. Our goal is to help as many as possible with special needs, which is why you will undergo internal training in NPF before starting your first assignment. The assignment:

Number of children and age: 1 child, 3 years old

Days and times: 1 occasion/week, about 2-3 hours/occasion.

Desired start date: Immediate

Childcare takes place at the family's home or in a nearby park.

Location: Vasastan, Stockholm

We are looking for someone who:

Has some form of experience with children, preferably children with language impairment

Has experience in language development

Has experience in clear pedagogy and low-stress approach

Is responsible and has a genuine interest in children

Wants a developing and rewarding side job

Is pedagogical, secure, and calm

Can work flexibly both evenings and weekends

Speaks Swedish fluently

It is a merit if you have knowledge of picture support and TAKK

Tasks:

The tasks may vary based on the family's needs.

Common tasks may include:

Picking up from preschool/school

Coming up with activities inside and outside the home

Providing support during outings

Preparing simple meals

Bedtime routine

Activation, socialization, and relief
