Reaxcer's Construction Department is growing and now there is an opportunity for another construction engineer to join the team. You will be part of a well-functioning team that is on a journey to become the best in the county. Come join us!

As a construction engineer with us, you will be a support function to the construction manager and the projects. You will divide your time between calculation work, coordination in upcoming and ongoing projects, and support site managers and foremen with production and financial monitoring.

You will be the spider in the web in early stages, tender work, ongoing production, and post-calculation work. The role requires good social skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues, suppliers, clients, and internal support functions at Reaxcer.

Job duties:

• Preparation of tender and production estimates.
• Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support site management in handling Change Orders, additions, and departures.
• Prepares reports, documentation, and attends construction and financial meetings and shares responsibility for project/assignment and contract follow-up.
• Supports the construction manager and site managers with data for forecasting work.

Qualification requirements:

• Construction-related university or civil engineering degree or equivalent practical training
• Ability to read, speak, and understand Swedish and English
• Good knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel
• Knowledge of construction law, construction forms, and procurement forms.
• Previous industry experience in construction and civil engineering.
• Can use industry-relevant estimation and scheduling programs.
• Knowledge and experience in AMA/MER.
• Driver's license B

Worked in Bidcon. Practical experience as a construction engineer.
