We style throughout Stockholm County, and our service office and warehouse are strategically located in Sollentuna, north of Stockholm with good communications, where a dedicated team of 12-20 people work together to create homes that are both inspiring and sellable. Your role as Customer Responsible Stylist

As a Customer Responsible Stylist, you get to combine a relationship-driven sales responsibility with styling. The role includes both project management and close collaboration with real estate agents and customers to ensure high quality in every assignment. Although the main focus is on the sales assignment, styling is part of the role.

Your main tasks include:

• Plan and conduct customer visits for styling projects with a focus on results and customer experience.
• Build and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers, including individuals whose homes we style.
• Create quotes, negotiate, and hand over assignments to the styling team.
• Contribute to driving sales and identifying new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
• Nurture and develop collaborations with real estate agents to ensure long-term relationships.
• Create inviting and sales-driven environments that attract buyers, both independently and in collaboration with our styling team.

You will have great freedom in your work, where each day brings new encounters and challenges – from building relationships with customers and real estate agents to realizing fantastic styling assignments.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a stylist or similar role.
• Has a strong customer focus and a sense of service.
• Is self-driven, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic environment with a fast pace.
• Has previous experience in sales and customer responsibility, advantageous within home styling or interior design.
• Has a B driver's license (requirement).
• Speaks fluent Swedish and good English.

It is advantageous if you:

• Have experience in leading styling or interior design projects.
• Have a natural ability to identify new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships.
• Are results-oriented and enjoy working towards clear goals.
• Are trend-conscious, i.e., stay updated on the latest trends in the interior design industry.
• Have good communication skills and are accustomed to negotiating.
• Are passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience in every project.
• Have your own car for mileage reimbursement.
