We are looking for one or more individuals who are driven, self-reliant, and have experience in this profession. The person in question should have a social personality and aim to understand the guests and then try to exceed their expectations during the visit.

Having a great interest in Food & Beverage is important, and it is a plus if you have a formal education in this field, such as a sommelier or similar. However, the attitude towards guests is the most important, and other qualifications can be acquired over time.

Our team is quite small, and you will work closely together, so the ability to work in a team and listen to each other is essential.

We prefer individuals who take initiative, as responsibility is not given but taken.

Working with a focus on guest satisfaction and food & beverage, engaging in upselling, and providing our guests with a maximum experience. At Pappa Grappa Söderköping, we aim to offer our guests one of the best experiences in town, with great food and excellent service.

We strive to provide guests with a personal and memorable experience. The main tasks involve serving, but other restaurant duties are also part of the job. Working hours are mainly during peak times, including lunch, evenings, and weekends.
