We are looking for someone with a passion for people to fill the position of treatment pedagog at Svea Boende's support accommodation in Malmö.

The person we are looking for will hold the position at 100% alone together with colleagues, which means you will be the "spider in the web" for the operation.

As the operation is growing, we need you to start working as soon as possible.

JOB DESCRIPTION

At Svea Boende, you will work closely with individuals who, due to their issues, mental health problems, diagnoses, and/or illnesses, have been granted support accommodation by the social services.

Together with each individual, we create an implementation plan and work according to the social services' orders towards individually set goals. The work includes administrative tasks such as record keeping, risk analysis preparation, implementation plans, and writing monthly reports. We also meet our clients weekly to ensure their well-being and plan how their set goals can be achieved together with us.

The tasks are varied, and as a treatment pedagog, you must be flexible and able to switch both pace and working methods during the day, depending on which client you meet.

Working as a treatment pedagog at Svea Boende means working a lot to support, motivate, converse, and help based on the individual’s needs so that they can live as independently as possible and provide the client with good future prospects.

Common tasks, in addition to those already mentioned, include providing support to clients during contacts with authorities, medical contacts, employment, and also supporting them in everyday situations such as cooking, cleaning, planning purchases, and some simpler financial tasks.

Solo work occurs.

QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, we wish that you are ambitious, patient, reliable, proactive, and can work professionally. You need to be curious in your work and open to asking questions both to clients, colleagues, and external contacts.

You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. Since the work involves solo work, it is important that you can work independently and have the ability to make quick decisions in various situations.

REQUIREMENTS

2-year post-secondary education as a treatment pedagog, social pedagog, or other education that the employer assesses as equivalent

Driving license B

At least 1-2 years of work experience with the target group

Extent: 100%

Employment form: Probationary employment for 6 months
