About the Position

The Intensive Care Section in Solna, Karolinska University Hospital, consists of two care floors – the Central Intensive Care Unit (CIVA) and the Neuro Intensive Care Unit (NIVA). Here, we care for intensive care patients who cannot be treated elsewhere, which means we have a uniquely high-specialized breadth in trauma, neuro, and general intensive care. You will be responsible for introducing new employees both in the system and in the planning in Heroma. You will perform your work in constant dialogue with your colleagues, employees, and managers.

Daily, you will work with reporting in our staffing system, Heroma, such as scheduling, absence, and correcting attendance time. You will actively participate in schedule planning based on healthy schedules, vacation planning, and training our employees in Heroma. Currently, we have “Gapstaff,” which is an application for staff working hours. Soon, Tessa will be introduced.

We Are Looking For Someone Who

  • is self-assured and used to working independently
  • works in a structured manner and has the ability to see the big picture
  • has good problem-solving skills
  • wants to work for good staffing and healthy schedules in a cost-effective way, utilizing our resources in the best way
  • enjoys a changing everyday life while maintaining a good mood
  • inspires and contributes to engagement and participation among your colleagues
  • has the interest, willingness, and ability to help others.
