The position and responsibilities

We are looking for a licensed mathematics teacher.

You will teach students in grades 6-9, and the position also includes mentorship for a class.

Your daily responsibilities include planning, implementing, evaluating, and ensuring a high-quality educational environment that creates coherence for the students' entire school day.

Malmsjö School is a K-9 school with about 480 students, located by Lake Malmsjön and close to beautiful natural areas. With its location on the outskirts of Botkyrka municipality, there are well-functioning communications to Tumba, Södertälje, and Nynäshamn.

You who apply to us

Requirements: You are a licensed mathematics teacher for grades 6-9 with a teaching license. We prefer that you have several years of experience in teaching.

You have digital competence and are used to working with students in various digital environments.

As we have close collaboration in work teams and between teachers at the school, we place great importance on your ability to collaborate, as well as your flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes.

We also see that you have an interest in continuously developing teaching together with your colleagues.

Meritorious: You have knowledge and experience of working with a low-arousal response and a solution-focused approach. We would also like you to have experience working in project form to develop the operations.
