Working hours are during the day. Weekdays 8-16 and weekends 8-14.

We are looking for a licensed nurse with professional experience and an interest in elderly care. As a person, you are responsible, independent, and humble with the ability to prioritize. You enjoy mentoring and delegating care staff in health and medical tasks and are motivated by working with your colleagues to create high-quality care for those living with us.

In our residences, you will have a varied job where you work long-term with health plans to improve the quality of life for residents, but you are also the one who makes assessments and decisions about actions in acute situations. Your responsibilities also include providing good palliative care. The transition to Close Care means that more and more specialized healthcare interventions are taking place at the residence. This gives you a variety of stimulating and developing tasks. The work is independent while you have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.
