We are now looking for a telephone nurse to join our friendly team at Advice 24/7 with units in Kalix and Visby. In this role, you will work in our digital channels and provide advice on health-related matters.

Your mission as a telephone nurse is to be a medical advisor for employees who come into contact with Falck due to their own or a relative's health issues, using high medical competence, service level, and guiding ability.

Your tasks as a telephone nurse include the following:

• Active collaboration in our Digital initiative
• Assessing care needs, urgency, and referring to the appropriate healthcare provider with the support of RGS decision support.
• Receiving and processing sick leave and health notifications, as well as VAB notifications with advice.
• Handling crisis and personnel support matters.

We are looking for someone who is a licensed nurse with at least 5 years of experience in the profession. Experience as a district nurse, company nurse, other specialist competence, and/or telephone advice is an advantage. You have good computer skills and an ability and interest in delivering through digital tools. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Other:
Location: Location-independent. Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position, start date by agreement. Scheduled shifts from 21:00 to 07:15.
