We are now looking for a senior electronics engineer who wants to help build the products of the future with us!

We are taking the next step and establishing a development operation in Västerås! With our long experience in electronics production – something that makes us unique as a development partner – we help product owners take their ideas from concept to finished product. We ensure that products are developed with the right conditions for manufacturing, testing, and cost-effective production.

About the role

As a senior electronics engineer with us, you will play a key role in developing innovative and manufacturable products. You will work with the entire development process – from PCB layout, schematic design, and component selection to programming embedded systems.

We value a design philosophy that considers manufacturability and quality already in the development phase. With our broad experience in electronics production, we ensure that our solutions are optimized for a smooth path to market.

Your responsibilities

• Design and layout of PCBs.
• Creation of electrical schematics and selection of electronic components.
• Programming of embedded systems (e.g., C, C++, Python).
• Testing, troubleshooting, and verification of electronic solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure cost-effective and manufacturable design solutions.
• Participate in the entire development journey – from prototype to finished product on the market.

We are looking for someone who has

• ~10 years of relevant experience.
• Engineering degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience in PCB layout and schematic design.
• Good understanding of electronic components and their characteristics.
• Experience in programming for embedded systems.
• Able to collaborate in a cross-functional development team.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in EMC design and testing.
• Knowledge of microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, etc.).
• Experience in wireless communication (BLE, LoRa, WiFi).
• Understanding of production technology and manufacturing processes.
