About the Company
Sundlings Sverige AB was founded in 1990 by Per Sundling. Sundlings operates in the Nordic market and is a producer of popcorn, snacks, cotton candy, and selected premium products for cinemas, arenas, and amusement facilities. Since the beginning, we have been the general agents for Cretors popcorn machines from Chicago. We have successfully created our own heating cabinets, which are now a staple for our concession customers.
In 1997, Sundlings Norge AS was established for the Norwegian market. In 2002, we started our own production of popcorn and snacks, and since 2006, we have been operating in our modern popcorn factory with offices and warehouses in Lidköping, by the shores of Lake Vänern.
Today, in addition to being the market leader in the Nordic region for cinemas and arenas, we are also an innovative producer of premium products for the grocery trade. In 2020, we celebrated 30 years as a company.
Job Description
Do you want to work part-time alongside your studies or another full-time job? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
As a part-time employee with us, you will work extra at Sundlings during times when regular staff are absent or when production is busy. During your shifts, you will be packing products, monitoring machines, and in some cases, operating a forklift in the warehouse.
The work will involve job opportunities year-round. For the right person, there is also the possibility of full-time work during the summer.
As the working hours are scheduled in 2 shifts, both morning and evening shifts may occur. The start date for the position is immediate or as agreed.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has another primary occupation of at least 50%, such as studies, work, or elite sports. Previous experience in industrial work or a forklift license with A2 authorization, and order picker experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We prefer that you can work at least 2-3 weekdays per week during the hours of 07:00 – 15:30 or 14:45 – 00:45.
We believe that you are flexible and engaged in your work and contribute with positivity and joy. Being quality-conscious and respecting and following the various rules and requirements in food handling is a given for us.
Requirements for the position include having another primary occupation of at least 50%, proficiency in Swedish both spoken and written, and the ability to work according to the hours mentioned above 2-3 days per week.
