About the job

We are looking for someone who wants to take on a leadership role within Corporate Market Banking. The position involves operational responsibility for business and personnel. You will lead a small team and are also expected to have your own customers. The focus is on the development of employees and operational activities in line with the existing business plan. You will primarily work closely with the branch manager, private market manager, and your employees in your region to work together for profitable growth with satisfied customers. You are also expected to be involved in developing the business on an operational level both within the business area and between business areas.

The Mid Region includes the following offices: Nödinge, Lerum, and Alingsås.

Who are you?

You have good and broad experience from banking along with an academic education in economics or equivalent. You are currently a leader or working as a Corporate Advisor and have always dreamed of taking the step towards leadership to develop people and business. You see coaching as a natural approach and are well acquainted with business goals, budgets, and financial key figures. You should have extensive experience in credit granting within corporate business, and SwedSec licenses are a merit. We assume that you master Swedish in speech and writing and have very good computer skills with solid knowledge of the Office suite.

Your analytical ability, combined with a driven and business-oriented approach, characterizes you as a person and leader. The position is full-time and is a permanent position. As travel may be required, you must have a driver's license. This position requires suitability, which means mandatory background checks will be conducted.
