Lichron Technical High School in Skövde is looking for an engaged and knowledgeable vocational teacher for our adult education programs in automation technology and CNC.

We are a Teknikcollege-certified school with a strong collaboration with the industry and are now focusing on further developing our educational offerings for companies and adult learners.

About the role

As a vocational teacher in adult education and commissioned training, you play a central role in educating and developing the skills of professionals and job seekers in the industrial sector.

You will plan, develop, and implement commissioned training for companies in collaboration with other vocational teachers.

Your work involves adapting the training according to industry needs and working closely with external partners to ensure relevant and high-quality educational initiatives.

By mapping companies' skill needs, you create tailored solutions and build long-term relationships with both corporate clients and educational stakeholders.

The role also includes developing and updating our course offerings and collaborating with other educational providers to broaden and improve our training programs.

You work both strategically and practically to shape the future of adult education in automation and CNC, while also contributing to strengthening the industry's skills supply.

We are looking for someone who

has a solid background in automation technology and CNC, as well as a strong interest in sharing your knowledge.

With a pedagogical commitment and a desire to educate adults and corporate employees, you see opportunities to adapt teaching based on different needs.

You thrive in a dynamic role where you work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues, companies, and other educational providers.
