What you would do with us

Your primary role is to ensure that our guests have a fantastic experience when they visit us. This means constantly focusing on the guests, welcoming and acknowledging each guest, being attentive and helpful, and professionally meeting the guests' wishes.

In addition to this, you will be responsible for the daily work in the restaurant's front area, which includes:

- Leading the work in service and front counter

- Possibly planning and scheduling staff

- Operations and responsibility for the bar counter

- Work distribution during service

- Ensuring quality, flow, and well-being for both guests and colleagues

- General kitchen tasks, dishwashing, and serving are included in the job duties

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has a passion for service and a talent for creating a wonderful experience for our guests. You have a strong interest in and knowledge of food. For this position, it is a requirement that you have previous experience in service, and it is an advantage if you have experience in staff planning.

As a person, you are cheerful, outgoing, enjoy meeting new people, and are passionate about providing the absolute best customer experience to guests. You are a problem solver, flexible, and good at building positive relationships.

Who we are at Åkersberga Växtförsäljning

Åkersberga Växtförsäljning was founded in 1989 by Niklas Axelsson. A modest sale of plants started in a parking lot in Rotebro, which was later moved to new premises in Båtstorp, Österåker. Here, work methods were developed, and the business became a well-recognized plant sales company with knowledgeable gardeners and a wide range. The space in Båtstorp later became limiting for the company's visions, which is why the business took its place in Stora Säby Gård.

Today, the company is run by the second generation of the Axelsson family. The three siblings have continued to run the business with a home-like feeling and continue on the path that the company was founded on. Here, visitors experience with all their senses. A playground with a wonderful mix of gardens and beautiful things, to food and music.
