MAX IV in Lund is now looking for an HR Partner who wants to continue developing our HR work.

As an HR Partner at MAX IV, you will play a significant role in the fulfillment of the organization's goals.

Your team

You will belong to the HR department, which consists of an HR manager, two HR partners (one of whom will be you), and two HR administrators. The HR department is responsible for driving and developing the HR area at MAX IV in close collaboration with the organization, managers, and leadership.

Responsibilities and tasks

We are looking for an HR Partner who enjoys working closely with operations and has experience providing specialist support to managers across the entire HR area.

In the role of HR Partner with us, you will work broadly within the HR field and provide professional support in areas such as workplace environment, recruitment, rehabilitation, salary review, labor law, and negotiations. You will tailor your support based on the organization's needs and build a trusting relationship with the organization.

Part of your mission is to drive, develop, and ensure the quality of overarching processes at MAX IV. You will also collaborate with colleagues both within MAX IV and the university's overarching HR organization to develop and implement common processes and working methods within the HR area, which requires active participation in networks and various groups within the university.

Your role is both supportive and driving. You support managers with your HR expertise while also identifying challenges, taking overall responsibility, and driving solutions to completion. Therefore, it is crucial that you have a coaching approach, but also the courage and ability to take initiative - and to ask for help when you need it.

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are required

• A degree in HR or equivalent education as assessed by the employer
• At least 3 years of experience in qualified HR work close to operations in a generalist role
• Experience in driving, implementing, and following up HR processes
• Very good knowledge of labor law
• Good ability to work independently and structure your own work
• Good initiative
• Good collaboration skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish
