Specialist Physician Wanted at Psychiatric Center Södertälje

The investigation unit is the clinic's smallest outpatient unit and has a broad mission that includes investigation, consultations with healthcare neighbors, telephone availability, referral portal, and more. We have a stable group consisting of nurses, psychologists, caregivers, and specialist physicians. In addition, AT and ST doctors have their placements with us. We are now looking for two more specialist physicians to join our team and contribute to the unit's continued development.

The main task will be to conduct consultations in somatic departments at Södertälje Hospital and to help develop the on-call and consultation assignments at the clinic. In addition, you will participate in the investigation work with our nurses, AT doctors, and psychologists. We investigate patients with all types of psychiatric issues, and we believe that the work suits you if you enjoy working in a team. Since we do not have a treatment assignment, we currently do not manage patients' medication, sick leave, etc. at our unit.

About us

Psychiatric Center Södertälje is a results unit within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area, SLSO. Within the organization, we have units in the Södertälje hospital area and external premises in Södertälje. The mission is to provide adult psychiatric specialist care for residents over 18 years old in Södertälje, Salem, and Nykvarn municipalities.
