Furuborg School is the municipality's youngest school and includes grades F-6 as well as adapted primary school. The school has 380 wonderful students and a dedicated and competent staff.

Furuborg School is now looking for a special education teacher with a focus on intellectual disabilities who is interested in helping to build our adapted primary school. You will teach students in need of special support within the adapted primary school F-6 and work closely with childcare workers, teaching assistants, and central student health services. You will be part of a team where you, together with your colleagues, plan, teach, and create a good learning environment. As a teacher with us, you help create a school where all students have the opportunity to achieve their goals and where learning is experienced as meaningful in a safe learning environment. You plan, organize, and prioritize effectively with high quality, aiming to make a difference for our students in teaching. You have good competence in assessment and are a clear leader in the classroom. We also want you to have a strong ability to build good and sustainable relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
