We are looking for a trained chef with at least 3 years of documented experience from à la carte restaurant kitchens. You are confident in your role, have a good eye for detail, and enjoy working both independently and with others. You have a genuine interest in food and quality, and thrive on delivering at your best – even during stressful periods.

About Restaurant Lokal Koppartråden

Lokal Koppartråden is the second restaurant in the Lokal concept, and as the name suggests, we collaborate with local suppliers and create our menus based on the season and availability. It will be recognizable and classic but with a modern preparation where the ingredients are in focus.

About the Koppartråden building

In the former cable factory, new concepts soon meet historical roots. Social spaces, creative environments, and life between the buildings make Koppartråden a true meeting place.

Koppartråden on Vasagatan in Fabriksparken is just a stone's throw from Sundbyberg Center. In 8 minutes or less, you can reach Stockholm City or Odenplan.

Who are you?

• You have an education in hotel and restaurant management with a focus on cooking or equivalent.
• You have at least 3 years of experience from à la carte restaurant kitchens.
• You have the ability to plan and structure your work effectively.
• Through your passion, you take responsibility for maintaining a high level of service and quality in what you deliver.
• You recognize your importance in satisfied guests, are positive, stress-resistant, and have an easy time collaborating and communicating.
• You can take initiative and are flexible in your professional role.
• You speak and write Swedish.
• Experience with menu planning systems is a plus.
