About the Position

We are currently looking for a setter in the plastics industry for one of our clients just outside Värnamo! You should reside in the local area as the position is intended to transition into employment after the hiring period.

The workplace offers a modern and pleasant facility. They extrude plastic products for the general industry and the medical technology sector, delivered to customers worldwide. A growing company is now seeking a skilled and dedicated setter who wants to take on the challenge.

Your main tasks will include rigging, material changes, and operating tools in various machines for the production of plastic parts. You will receive a clear and thorough introduction with a long-term plan to become independent. The work is very varied, and you will later be responsible for starting up new items, so you need to have your own drive, be responsible, and solution-oriented.

As a person, you are meticulous, efficient, and quality-conscious. You have an eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and strive to provide customers with the best possible quality. The job involves both solo work and teamwork.

Working hours: Shift work, but you will start with daytime hours in the initial phase.
Start: Immediately.

Your Profile

Requirements:
• Experience with extrusion of hoses/profiles
• Good knowledge of process technology and materials
• Good knowledge of mathematics and measurement technology as the job requires you to perform certain calculations
• Good Swedish in both spoken and written form - as all information is in Swedish.

We expect you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills since the work takes place at our clients' sites.
