As a Business Development Manager

You will step into a role where you both drive and build – from the first customer contact to long-term business relationships. You are our face to the industry and are responsible for both technical sales and consulting throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales to after-sales. You will work with sampling, needs analysis, and technical support, while laying the groundwork for future growth. Our customers are located all over Sweden, and travel is a natural part of the role. You will work entirely remotely and will be based from home – as our very first employee in Sweden, you will have a unique opportunity to build the business from the ground up and shape the future together with us.

Your responsibilities:

• Business development and sales in water treatment and chemicals

• Technical consulting and solution sales

• Sampling, analysis, and implementation

• Customer training and long-term support

• Collaboration with our colleagues in the UK, Poland, and Norway

• Contribute to establishment, strategy, and expansion in Sweden

About you:

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales from industry, preferably within water, energy, or chemicals

• Technical understanding and a willingness to learn

• Understanding of regulatory requirements in hygiene, environment, and safety

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Driver's license
