As a merchandiser at SRB Retail House, you are responsible for ensuring that the store shelves are always well-stocked and that products are displayed in a sales-oriented manner. Your main tasks include:

• Restocking and maintaining goods in a hardware store
• Checking signage and re-exposing products as needed
• Ordering goods and following up on stock status
• Contacting store staff and ensuring the store's needs are met
• Working independently in-store and possibly visiting multiple stores in a day

In this role, freedom with responsibility is important - you plan and carry out your work independently but always have support from your area manager and other support functions at SRB Retail House.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who wants to work during the summer weeks 28, 29, 30, and 31. The position is approximately 26 hours/week.

To thrive in this role, we see that you:

• Have an interest in the grocery trade and enjoy physically active work
• Are solution-oriented, communicative, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Enjoy working independently and changing environments throughout the workday
• Are an early riser - we start our workdays early in the morning. Working hours for this assignment are Monday-Thursday 07:00-13:30
• Have a driver's license and access to your own car (requirement) as you will be working in stores in both Kungälv and Mölndal

Meritorious:

• Previous experience working in retail or within the grocery trade
