As an assembler, you work at the heart of Aimpoint's operations, and the job involves tasks that require precision and a variety of assembly operations, making your work diverse and challenging. As a person, you must be meticulous, flexible, responsible, and possess technical understanding. On-site, you will receive continuous training and guidance from managers and colleagues so that you feel secure in your role.

• Attention to detail and quality assurance

• Maintain a structured and organized work environment

Requirements for the position:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have work experience in process work within the industry, as well as good familiarity with routine work and documentation
• You have a sense and eye for detail and a technical interest
• You are available for shift work (Morning and Afternoon)
• You have a good understanding of both Swedish and English in speech and writing
• You hold a driver's license and have access to your own car to easily get to your workplace

Meritorious for the position:

• You have previous assembly experience
