About the Position: Broods is now seeking a Responsible Property Manager to work with commercial properties including smaller shops in residential properties in Nya Hovås. You will report to the CEO and lead a team of 3 people. Together, you will manage the company's approximately 16 properties with a total area of 40,000 m². A broad and varied role as a commercial manager where you contribute to developing the business.

As a manager at Broods, you will work with:

• Property management within the commercial sector.
• Supervision of three staff members.
• Analysis of operating costs.
• Monitoring of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
• Various property issues within the area of responsibility.
• Procurement and control of purchased services.
• Budget and maintenance planning.

About You You have several years of experience in similar tasks, are self-driven, and work in a structured manner. The role involves many internal and external contacts. You are socially outgoing, confident, and communicate clearly.  

You also have a business mindset with an understanding of both economics and technology, which allows you to balance cost-effectiveness with quality in every decision. In short, you are a reliable, engaged, and responsible person who thrives in an operational role where you can both influence and take responsibility.
