Here, there is an opportunity to develop in an innovative environment within composite manufacturing and to build a future with the client. The positions are full-time during the day with the possibility of flexibility. With this assignment, you have very good opportunities for employment with the client after the rental period.

Here, you will manufacture products made of composite materials reinforced with carbon fiber, fiberglass, and synthetic fibers for various customers in industries such as aerospace, defense, and medical technology. You will work a lot with your hands.

Responsibilities

As a production worker, you have a central role in the manufacturing process. Your tasks may include everything from assembling and putting together various components to carefully monitoring machines and production lines to ensure that everything works as it should. An important part of your job is to check the quality of the products and identify any defects or deviations at an early stage to ensure that the final products meet the company's quality requirements and industry standards.

You collaborate closely with your colleagues and actively contribute to an efficient production flow. Together, you work towards common goals, focusing on maintaining high quality, following set lead times, and continuously improving work processes. The role requires precision, responsibility, and good collaboration skills, as every step in production is crucial to the whole.

Qualifications

• You have experience in assembly and manufacturing.
• You have previously worked in process production.
• You have good experience and knowledge of hand tools.
• You can speak and write Swedish.
• You are passionate about quality and processes.
• You can follow written instructions.
• Reading technical drawings.

Meritorious:

• Forklift & overhead crane license.
