About the Position At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work at a bank office in the heart of Stockholm city. In this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social, business-oriented, and eventful environment where no day is the same. As a customer host, you will deliver top-notch service and always stay one step ahead!

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming employees and customers
• Handling reports and rounds
• Phone and email communication
• Managing common areas such as conference rooms and office spaces
• Various administrative tasks
• Mail handling and deliveries
• Key management and access card systems
• Participating in customer activities

Requirements for the Position

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
• Completed high school education

About Employment Employment type: Temporary position from May 8 to June 20, with a possibility of extension over the summer Working hours: Monday to Friday approximately 08:00-17:00, full-time
