The Child and Youth Rehabilitation is a specialized service within Region Örebro County that offers support and treatment to children and adolescents with congenital or early-acquired disabilities. Our interdisciplinary team works together to promote development and participation for our patients and their families. We offer:

The Child and Youth Rehabilitation offers support and treatment to children and adolescents with disabilities as well as their families and networks. Various professional roles collaborate within the team. We have social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, special educators, doctors, secretaries, unit managers, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. The Child and Youth Rehabilitation is part of the Area of Close Care.

As a PTP psychologist with us, you will:

• Conduct psychological assessments and investigations of children and adolescents with various disabilities.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of treatment interventions in collaboration with other team members.
• Provide support and advice to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, schools, and social services to create a comprehensive picture of the patient's needs.
• Contribute to the development work of the organization to improve our interventions and working methods.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in psychology.
• An interest in working with children and adolescents with disabilities.
• Good collaborative skills and the ability to work in a team.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B).
