Al Dente is looking for a chef for our newly opened restaurant Piazza Italia in Gothenburg

Our newly opened destination in Gothenburg is unique, with two floors that combine a restaurant and a cooking studio:

· On the ground floor, you will find Piazza Italia, our fresh pasta restaurant with dishes perfect for sharing.

· On the upper floor, we offer cooking classes where guests can learn the basics of Italian cooking.

We are looking for someone who:

· Has experience as a chef, preferably with a focus on Italian food, fresh pasta, and gelato.

· Is skilled at working with fresh ingredients and creating base products from scratch.

· Is detail-oriented and maintains high quality standards.

· Is a team player and enjoys collaborating across departments for a common goal.

· Interest and passion for wines is a plus.
