As a forestry specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the field organization, driving change initiatives, and contributing to long-term development. Your focus will be on ensuring stable and qualitative forestry, where you lead the operational work while inspiring new ways of working and improvements.
In this role, you will:
- Ensure a quality-assured process within forestry
- Lead, support, and educate the field organization
- Analyze data from field controls and identify improvement measures based on trends and results that lead to concrete activities and actions
- Drive change management and contribute to the long-term development of work methods and routines
- Lead and participate in projects, such as the digitization of forestry monitoring and the development of regeneration controls
- Act as an important link between forestry and other units within the function to ensure effective collaboration
The role offers a dynamic and stimulating work environment with great freedom to influence and drive development. You will work in a knowledgeable team where you can benefit from a strong knowledge and experience base while contributing your own insights. Together, you will work towards common goals to strengthen and improve forestry. You will report to the Head of Silviculture Operations and Supervision, and the position is based in one of our offices within the operational area.
Who are we looking for
In this spider-in-the-web role, you are the engine that creates order, stability, and clear processes within forestry. With your ability to lead, support, and anchor working methods, you ensure that routines are followed, quality is maintained, and changes are implemented in a structured and efficient manner.
Skills and qualifications we believe you have:
- Forestry education or equivalent work experience
- Experience in forestry, logging, or management within the industry
- A strong analytical ability and a drive to challenge existing working methods
- Experience in project management and change initiatives
- Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written
