The Psychiatric Clinic Södra Lappland is an outpatient clinic covering all diagnostic groups. Inpatient care is available in Skellefteå and Umeå. Our team consists of approximately 45 employees. We are part of the Södra Lappland primary care area, where development work is underway within the framework of Good and Close Care. This work is done in collaboration with primary care and municipalities in the catchment area.

At the clinic, we work in interdisciplinary teams. We place great emphasis on collaboration with the patient's network and care partners. Södra Lappland has a large catchment area, which means we utilize digital solutions in both staff meetings, consultations, and patient work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist doctor with us, you contribute to taking good care of others and helping people feel better. Here, you will meet patients with all psychiatric diagnoses.

As a specialist doctor, you play a vital role in our mission to treat severe mental illness. At our clinic, we work in interdisciplinary teams, and the work often involves collaboration with the patient's family and other networks. In our patient and internal work, we frequently use digital technology, which is appreciated by both patients and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physician with specialist competence in psychiatry.

We seek someone with good collaboration skills who values effective communication. You enjoy sharing and receiving new knowledge and experiences. We believe you are self-driven and take great responsibility for your tasks. Since the variety of tasks and pace of work can vary greatly, you need to be able to quickly shift focus and prioritize. Your attitude contributes to a positive work environment, where we all collaborate to achieve the best care quality for our patients.
